From the moment I walked into the Chujko home, I knew I was going to enjoy my time photographing this lifestyle newborn session with Christina and her little one.

Lifestyle Newborn Session

The weather was nice and sunny out. There was a slight breeze and it wasn’t too warm yet for an August day in the city. I entered the door on the first floor, and made my way upstairs to the second story apartment, where I was greeted by a smiling Christina. Unfortunately, her husband had to work on this day, but she and Theo were joined by Theo’s grandmother, who only added to the light and joy in the room.

The feeling of love and joy was overwhelming in the upstairs Astoria apartment. Smiles and giggles were endless as I snapped pictures, chatting with Christina and her mom. Admiring Theo’s tiny, beautiful features, his mom gently guided him around the apartment, as we captured him in different environments. While Theo was mostly irritated that we continued to move him around and change his outfits, he did find moments of comfort in his mom, and grandmothers, arms. And he was well looked after by his fur siblings!
